Melanie was very friendly and even took the time to come to my residence to meet my pup and I prior to our boarding reservation. Although I was disappointed to have the arrangement fall through as a result of a few tense episodes which I believe was a result of overstimulation due to her multiple roommates and friends over on my pup’s first day. Inconveniently, I had to arrange entirely new boarding remotely during my travels. While this costed me personal energy, money, and burdens while feeling pressured to find an alternative, I understood her hesitance but regret not inquiring more into her experience and her living space for the boarding earlier. Everything was okay until the end of the stay, but I do not recommend Melanie as a boarder for larger breeds, younger puppies who are still developing boundaries, or dogs who are sensitive to energy/stimulation.

Mabel had a great time spending 2 nights with Melanie. Melanie went out of her way to make the weekend fun for Mabel and sent adorable picture updates. Would recommend her to anyone! ☺️
