I grew up around cats, and never thought I would have a dog. But then I met my first dog, Gracie, and I fell in love. She was special, and when she passed away at age 17, it was hard. She was blind and deaf by that point, but it didn't really bother her! My son and I have a wire terrier now, named Rosemary. She is small, but full of sass and love. I enjoy meeting other dogs in the neighborhood out on walks and in the dog park. My son would like another dog, but he is agreeing to compromise by helping with the dog walks and dog sitting. He is looking forward to the job!
