I have always loved dogs and I had the most amazing sheltie for 7 years! We rescued him from a basement where he was malnourished and over ridden with fleas. Sadly, he was also epileptic so his episodes made it hard to make sure he was comfortable. With a little bit of love he became the happiest dog in the world. Every day I would take him on walks and then we would go into the backyard and play basketball and soccer; he was a great goalie! I now have an affinity for taking care of animals. At any party or gathering I am always the one in the corner playing with the dog. I can't think of a better way to spend the day than with a dog.
