I have owned dogs & cats my entire life. I love being around animals and caring for all. I can come to your home or care for your pets in my home. I am flexible and reliable and will make sure your pets are having just as much fun as you are ! I am currently a stay at home mom homeschooling my 4 year old. We are huge animal lovers & have the time to make sure your pets will get the attention & love they need. I do not have a fenced in yard but we do have 5 acres to take the dogs out to play for a nice walk in the woods. We have a 4th room in our home that has its own entrance. Your Pets will be safe in a big room to play in if the weather is bad. It will also be where they will sleep in a crate or cuddled up in a comfortable dog bed. I’ve basically changed this entire room into a dog studio suitable for any pet.

Melanie was awesome! She took great care of our senior Lab. Took him in as part of her family for a week. Her sweet little boy, Noah, gave Herschel lots of love. We were very comfortable using her and would do so again without hesitation.
Melanie was amazing with Cali!! She was great about sending pictures and videos and checking in. She was also so sweet to bring in packages and mail that we asked her to. We will definitely use her again!
Melanie did a great job with our pups! She even took them to their grooming appointment for us. My dogs can be shy at first but they warmed up to Melanie quickly. Thank you so much!

I need to know if they dog has any aggressive behavior. We currently have one dog at home that is very friendly. He has no teeth and can not defend himself. It is not a problem keeping the dogs separate if needed, but I like to know ahead of time if you have an escape artist or aggressive animal. Ideally the dogs will get along and keep each other company inside our home.
A typical day
I am very active and love to run and play with high energy dogs. I can take them for a run or walk. We have a nice neighborhood with safe sidewalks or we have a big backyard we can play and run in as well. If your dog is more on lazy side then cuddles it is. My son and I love to snuggle up to our pets or yours and watch a movie, listen to music or just be together.
