Pet care experience
Dogs have been part of my family my whole life! I have experience caring for my own 70 pound rescue mutt and occasionally care for family and friend’s dogs while they are out of town. I love to give dogs belly rubs, play with toys, and go on anventures around the neighborhood. I treat dogs as important family members and take special care to help them feel safe and comfortable. I know how hard it can be to have a busy schedule and want to make sure that your dog is living his/her best life. I joined this app because I work for a school district so have recently found myself with extra time to hang with dogs and help their owners. I love dogs!

We have known Melanie for many years, and she has been the primary care giver for our two Bichon Frises for over 10 years!. She has had full access to our home in our absence and they have absolutely loved her! She is one of the most trustworthy and responsible women we know. We HIGHLY recommend her as a loving dog caregiver to anyone who seeks her services.
We are thrilled with our experience having Melanie watch our two year old Boxer/Pit mix for a long weekend. Nothing tires out our little girl but somehow she managed to do it! We felt comfortable with Melanie to be responsible for our pup's well being, not only to keep her active but even sending us pictures of evening down time too. It's very apparent that she cares for dogs and understands the owners needs as well. We will definitely be booking Melanie in the future.
Melanie has been taking care of our dogs for many years. She has provided individualized care for each of our dogs, based on their personal needs. She understands their actions and reasons actions are occurring. She is comforting when they need to relax and playful when they need interaction. She keeps us informed while we are away through texts, videos, and narratives because she knows we want that additional information. Melanie has been and always will be our first call when our dogs need something while we are away.
