Pet care experience
I've been taking care of animals since I was 6, from having a pet chicken, cockatiel bird, hamster, cat, and dog all at the same time! I've been taking care of dogs since I was 13 years old and now at 24 years old, I adopted a rescue dog Chester who is everything to me! I have a marine vet background, I studied marine biology so I have experience in animal behavior and training, I also used to work at Clearwater Marine Aquarium so taking care of animals is natural for me!

Melanie was very prompt in getting back to me with my request. She also met with Max a day earlier to get to know him and familiarize herself with her neighborhood. She was right on time and was very responsive with my messages. Excellent professionalism for a one time occurrence. Next time I am in a pinch, I will most certainly ask Melanie. Melanie was so sweet and caring for my little Luna! Very professional! I would definitely recommend. When I first was looking for a dog sitter I was afraid of leaving Luna with someone else but I am so happy I took a chance with Melanie. They got along great!
Melanie is great! She's always the most attentive, caring, and she's super loving. She's looked after my pets like they were her own and sometimes has even taught them tricks, its really cute. HIGHLY recommend her!

Please let me know if your dog is allergic to something, I don't want to give them a dog treat they cannot have! Please let me know if they are scared of something so I can avoid it! Finally, let me know if he is not particularly good with other dogs/animals, or people!
A typical day
I will take them on walks around the neighborhood, and if there is a near park I can also take them there with the owner's permission! Also with the owner's permission, I can take them to a dog beach as well! Of course, I'll play fetch with them and teach them new tricks with rewards!
