I am an enthusiastic pet parent to my dog, Wren. Because of this, I know how important it is to completely trust the person watching your pup. When it concerns the animals in my care, I am ultra-attentive and take the job and the responsibility that comes with it very seriously. I can take into consideration any special needs/concerns that your dog may require. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, from the smallest to the largest. I also have experience walking multiple dogs at one time (or can walk the dogs in shifts if you’d prefer). Safety is my number one priority, and having fun is my second! I enjoy taking the dogs in my care on long walks and I love playing ball/teaching commands. You can enjoy your time away worry free while I care for your fur babies.

Melainie is AMAZING! It is difficult to leave our needy babies when we travel but Melanie has removed the anxiousness of it all. She is WONDERFUL. Our home and our pets are in safe hands. I enjoy playing with, cuddling, training, walking with, and giving belly rubs to the dogs in my care. My favorite places to walk dogs are on nature trail and around lake Alice on the UF campus.

I just graduated from UF's doctor of occupational therapy program and am using rover to supplement my income during this transitional period. I am not currently employed so my schedule is flexible.
