Pet care experience
Hello everyone, and thank you for stopping by my profile! I can't remember a single year of my life growing up where there was not a pet in my household, and that's still the case today, since I have four cats and a dog of my own! I've been pet-sitting since I was a teenager, and have two regular acquaintances that I pet-sit for when they are away. I volunteered for two years at the Erie County SPCA, in the former Ensminger shelter location. Three of my cats are above the age of 12, so I have plenty of experience in senior cat care and medicine administration. My dog is also considered a senior dog, so I have experience with various health issues in dogs, as well.

I'll follow your care instructions to a T, and text you immediately if there are any urgent issues that need addressed. And I love sending pictures of pets to their owners during the day! Not only that, but I'll make sure your home is safe and sound, too -- if there's anything you are concerned about regarding your household, I can check it for you, and let you know!

New people into a household is stressful for any pet, of course: the only thing I would ask of a potential client is to warn me of any potential "escape artist" pets ahead of time, so I can be on my guard! Also, if you have a pet with a special medical need, please provide in detail how to administer the medical treatment, and please provide a number for veterinarian that you trust!
A typical day
I love an old fashioned walk around the block with my dog! And I know that most dogs certainly cannot resist a good chew toy!

I have full availability on weekends, so I can stop in to play with your pet at any time from Saturday and Sunday. And I am available most week nights too, in case your pets need an extra check-up during after work hours!
