Pet care experience
I have had a dog since I was 11 and lived with multiple roommates in college who relied on me to help care for their dogs as well as my own. My childhood dog had diabetes/ allergies and my current dog has anxiety, so I am able to administer both shots and medication.

Melanie is the best! My poor dog got sick in his crate and she helped make sure he was okay since I wasn’t able to be home. I cannot thank her enough! Definitely went above and beyond!

Mel is amazing with dogs! She is thoughtful, kind, and loving to dogs of all shapes and sizes. She takes the time to make your pup happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
She's my neighbor and Mel watches and cares for my pup like it's her own. I travel alot for work and Mel takes my dog on walks, to dog parks, dog beaches and whatever my pup wants to do. Mel regularly feeds her and even recommendeds non expensive healthy toys/food for my dog. She is the best with dogs.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on long walks and runs, play fetch at the dog park, and lots of belly rubs. Seeing a dog take a long nap after a good walk is the best :)

I’m currently a student in the Physician Assistant program at RVU. I would love to be able to take your dog for a walk before/ after class. I also have a 1hr lunch break from 12-1p.
