Hi, I'm Mel! I'm a dog-mom too, so I know how guilty it can feel when leaving your pup alone all day, that's why I love going on fun walks that get them out into the world and let them stretch their legs. On a more personal note, I just quit my marketing job to pursue a career in graphic design. Since I'm a freelancer working from home, I actually have a really flexible schedule - just let me know what you need and I can usually find a way to make it work. Mel has been taking care of my dog Bowie for two years now, and the only person I trust to walk her! Bowie is a pittbull mix (challenging breed) and Mel handles her with grace and ease. And Bowie loves her! You can tell that Mel truly loves dogs and is patient with them beyond belief.

I'd love to know all I can! Please let me know if they get stressed out in certain situations, have any food issues, need to stick to a strict schedule, etc. FOr what it's worth - one of my pups has seizures every now and then, so I'm not really afraid to take on any health-related challenge.
A typical day
Oh man, what won't we be doing while your dog is with me! Of course there's the basics like lots of walks and belly rubs - but I like to think that I'm there to help keep your dogs nerves at ease while your away. That means I'd love to snuggle (if they're into it of course), go to the dog park to socialize (if it's not too stressful for him/her) and play with a favorite toy for as long as they want (even if that means throwing a slobbery tennis ball for an hour, I'm totally up for it!)
