Pet care experience
From the age of 2 all the way until I moved away for college, I had a dog in my life. In 2010, I was finally settled enough to rescue a pup of my own. After him came another rescue who I had for 10 years and nursed through her senior years, administering meds and adapting my home and schedule to suit her needs. I've sat for friends and family over the years and can provide references. I'm currently for a local pet CPR/first aid class. I absolutely love animals! They seem naturally drawn to me and I to them. It doesn't take us long to form a bond and learn to finish each other sentences so to speak.

Only gone over night but was happy that Meighan sent pictures showing our boys relaxing in her lap. Will definitely book her again.
Meighan did a wonderful job taking care of our home and our 2 cats and 2 dogs for a 2-week period. She is loving with the animals and clearly has a good understanding of pets' needs, she was observant of our furbabies, gave medications on time, and communicated with us any questions she had. She has always been responsive and communicative, always on time and is a very responsible person. We will be asking her to sit again and I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or quirky behaviors. I'm happy to accommodate. Do they get along well with other dogs? Are they shy? Those kind of things. I haven't ever administered medicine through injections but am willing to learn.
A typical day
Depending on the personality of your dog, I love to play fetch/tug o war, incite zoomies, go to dog parks, snuggle under a blanket, swim, learn new tricks.
