There is simply nothing like having a dog in your life! They’re always there for you and they only want the best for you. In fact, it’s that selflessness that has always inspired me to do what I can to make dogs happy. Whether that be volunteering or being the best owner I could possibly be, I’ve always tried to do everything I can to help animals thrive. That’s why being a pet sitter is a dream come true for me! I love taking care of animals and being able to provide owners with peace of mind. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! I have a long history of taking care of dogs. I was born into a household that always had at least two dogs, so I’ve been taking care of them in an ownership capacity for my whole life. Many of these dogs were rescues, and many of them had medical issues. I learned all about proper administration of medicine (whether it be oral or subcutaneous) and working with animals that needed a little bit of TLC to thrive. I have also been a volunteer at animal shelters, which only solidified my knowledge of animal care further. No matter what, your pup will be in good hands with me! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
