Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and have raised/trained a service dog that is very successful with his matched person. I currently have two rescue cats that are adorable little trouble makers. I love playing with both dogs and cats. I have always loved animals and am very responsible when it comes to making sure your pets are well looked after. I have pet sat off rover for friends and family and I grew up with a veterinarian parent. I have experience with elderly animals and am able/willing to give medications if needed. I have a very elderly cat at my parents house that I took care of over the summer. I also have a vehicle and can drive to the vet if the need arises. I do not offer boarding or sitting at my home, but am willing to do frequent drop by visits.

I was Meghan’s roommate as she raised and trained a service dog. He was sweet, but had boundless energy and Meghan was always able to keep up. I don’t imagine a scenario that your dog can present that Meghan hasn’t already experienced and handled working with him and his litter mates.
Meghan is a responsible and caring pet caregiver and owner. While her love of animals is clear, she also is great about holding boundaries, training, and maintaining the health of animals. She has successfully raised and trained a service dog, and now has a sweet cat who she rescued about a year ago. Not only is Meghan diligent and responsible, but she is loving and holds herself to a very high standard when it comes to animal care.

A typical day
I have a fantastic park near my house that I can take your dog on a walk in. There are great areas to play fetch and run around. If your dog isn't into walks or can't walk far we can play inside with toys or just cuddle.

Availability
I am a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible outside of my classes. I am available all day Saturday - Monday, and have large breaks throughout the day Tuesday-Friday.
