Pet care experience
I've been caring for animals since a very young age. I grew up with dogs, but now I’m very experienced with my own cats and have many cat clients. All of my childhood dogs were rescues which often experienced things like separation anxiety or being skittish, so I am accustomed to working with pets who may need some time warming up or special accommodations. I am now the happy fur-mama to my precious kitties, Luna and Fran! I know how cats can be - some are more social and attention seeking while others prefer to be left alone. I also am very experienced with kittens as Fran was adopted at 3 months old. Let me know if there’s particulars about your cat(s) - do they like to play, get brushed or pet, or maybe they just like a person to sit by for a bit. Whatever I can do to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

Meghan has been everything we could have hoped for with our first experience with Rover!!. Her communication was excellent. Her care for our pets was exceptional.
Meghan was fantastic dropping in on our dog Ebony while we were on vacation for 5 days. She made sure Ebony got food and water and walked her in the neighborhood whenever Ebony was willing. Her communication was great and we got photos and a detailed description of the drop in with every visit. Our minds were so at ease while away knowing she was taking such good care of our girl for us!
This is the second time that Meghan has taken care of our cat while we were traveling. She is dependable, punctual, caring, and provides a 5 star service.
Meghan was great with Jackson and flexible when I had a last minute change of schedule.

I always respect client's space and property and only care for pets in the area which they advise. When inside I make sure to not leave outside doors open or keep anything within the pet's reach which could be harmful. I also put everything back where I find it, such as treats, pet food, etc.

Please let me know if there is any special care your pet requires and their temperament. I like to know ahead of time if a pet is more friendly or shy, and if there is anything I should or shouldn't do while around them.
A typical day
We will explore the local neighborhood or perhaps go to a park if one is nearby. We will investigate all of the smells, and even run around if they are wanting to burn some energy. I am open to following the dogs lead on what kind of walk they usually want to go on.

Availability
I work full time. I can do pet drop ins based around my work schedule. My availability is typically Monday-Wednesday morning and evening, Thursday before 12pm, and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please discuss with me your request. If you are flexible with times and distance is not too far, I am usually able to accommodate around my work schedule.
