Pet care experience
I have a bachelor's degree in zoology from Northern Michigan University. * 4 years as a zookeeper at Point Defiance Zoo. * 6 months experience as a veterinarian assistant at Best Friend's Animal Hospital. * 4 years as an aquarist at the Greensboro Science Center. I have been pet sitting off and on (when my career allows) for 10+ years for a variety of animals. I am familiar with training principles, nutrition, as well as enrichment. Currently, I am co-owner of a farm!

Our dog is always well cared for when Megan is here! I am always happy to receive her pet photos too, because honestly, I miss the furry friend when we're away and the pictures help ease my separation anxiety!
Megan is a godsend! After an awful experience with boarding our lab pup, Buddy, we now want someone who can come to our home to let him out/walk/play. She was wonderful! She has a very calm personality and definitely knows how to handle animals - even an 80 pound rambunctious pup. Her experience and expertise is very apparent. We loved getting the photos of each visit that showed a very happy pup. You won't regret hiring her for your pets!
We really like having Megan take care of our dog. She is friendly, reliable, and flexible. We had to have her come an additional 2 days due to a cancelled flight, but Megan accommodated us no problem! Really loved all the pictures she shared of Milo during our time away too.
Megan as always was great and kept us up to date with photos to let us know how our pup was doing. Would book again!

While I definitely keep busy with my farm, my schedule is fairly flexible. I provide care for a plethora of animals every day and there isn't anything else I'd rather be doing!
