Pet care experience
I have over 20 years experience with dogs, cats, small critters, birds, and chickens. I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15 years old. I previously worked at our local animal shelter and a local veterinary clinic, totaling 15 years of veterinary care/experience, from routine care to walk-in emergencies. I have a heart for the grandpa and grandma dogs, but love all and any age of dog or cat! I have experience administering liquid, injectable, and pill-form medications and will keep your pet on their schedule as you would.

Megan was wonderful. She treated Louie like her own family pet. I felt comfortable and confident that he was happy and well care of better than well. She communicated with me and made the idea of leaving my boy for so many days less stressful.
I can't say enough good things about this experience! I was so nervous to leave our puppy with someone for the first time and Megan made the experience so easy and reassuring. She sent pictures and updated us frequently, she answered any and all of my questions and of course our Ember loved her experience with her too! I will absolutely be using Megan in the future should we need a sitter again. Thank you so much Megan!
Megan has always taken such good care of my dog! I go on vacation a few times a year and she treats my dog like her own. The picture updates I get are so appreciated. She even allowed me to FaceTime! Her dog loves my dog and that is a comfort as well. You can trust in Megan!!
I couldn’t speak any more highly of Megan if I tried! Megan is a beautiful mom of 3 boys, a Corgi named Gus, and 2 cats, Simon and Georgie! Megan has such a kind and CARING heart and personality, fun and incredibly responsible. She has such a wide love for animals and would be the perfect caregiver for your precious pets! ♥️

I have a fenced in yard in a quiet, small neighborhood. However often you want me to take your pet out or to walk your pet, that is what I will do. I want them to feel at home away from home. Or, if you are needing me to go to your home, I want to be as consistent as can be for your pet. All of my pets are on monthly flea drops from the vet office, (Advantage for my cats, Advantix for my dog), and of course heartworm prevention for my dog.

Please be sure your pet is current and up to date on their vaccinations: bordetella, rabies, and distemper/parvo. Any detail of your pet, no matter how big or small, is so important to me. I want your pet to enjoy their time with me. It is flea season! Please be sure your pet is using a monthly flea drop. Spread love, not fleas ❤️
A typical day
Typical mornings of outside potty, breakfast, potty again. Throughout the day, we will play and interact, potty breaks, go for a walk, etc. I live on a very quiet road with little to no traffic.

I work from home and your pet will have my attention; they will be in my constant care and attention. We can go for a walk on my lunch breaks during the week as well if you’d like.
