Dogs..you mean furry kids! Right?! I have been taking taking care of dogs and cats since my early teens and I view my personal animals differently then some. To me, they are so much more than just a dog or cat. They are like my children (obnoxious yes but I won't appologize for it). The constant care, attention and needs they have are very similiar to that of a child. A little about my babies: I have two long hair tweeny girl daushunds (5 years old) a lab mix (8.5 years old) and a cat (although she rarely comes out of her room, typical lazy cat). If I'm not at work I am playing with my fur babies in my fenced in large yard, at a dog park or snuggling on the sofa. My dogs LOVE other dogs and enjoy playing and making new friends. (I understand some dogs have anxiety and need a little less attention from other dogs so I do have means of separating if needed). For me, I always worry about the quality of care of my animals when I have to go on trips or have a day sitter, so I understand what is needed to make you feel comfortable that your babies are in good hands. With me you will get: Excellent communication- you will never be left in the dark and I will have as much contact with you as you would like. Text or call updates (your preference) Photos of your babies Medication giving (if needed) Any specific extra needs you may want or need. I do work full time as a recreational therapist for the state of TN BUT I am very flexible and will work with you to create the perfect care plan for your furry friends. While I can't promise your baby won't get an extra treat here and there, hugs or smooches, I can promise your precious pets are in excellent hands and will be loved like my own.
