I previously raised a bully breed dog, a rescue with a host of emotional and anxiety issues. After years of training, playing with, and loving my pit-bull, I have gained perspective on special needs rescues and bully breed dogs who often get a bad rep. I'm great with big and medium dogs (although we don't mind the little guys either!), am willing to do walks, visits or overnights at our home, and will even take your dog on a field trip in the car if you have a favorite park or place your dog plays. Special needs dogs are more than welcome as long as we do a meet & greet to be sure we can meet your dog's needs. At our house, your dog will be the only dog in the home and will have use of a large yard with 6ft secure privacy fence. We can accommodate dogs big and small of all breeds - with any booking, we do allow you to bring your pet by 1-2 times before their stay for a run around the yard and house (usually 10-15 min each) to ensure they recognize us and the house. This minimizes anxiety on the day of their stay.
