Pet care experience
I give meds to squirmy penguins every day, so I can handle anything your pet needs! My partner Dillon and I have owned pet dogs, cats, hamsters, parakeets, and most recently a bearded dragon. Animals are family members and loved as such! Whether it’s Dillon or I at home (or both!) your pet will be cared for by an experienced sitter — we have always shared all pet care responsibilities and are both practiced in medical care, training and more.

Megan and her partner Dillon are fantastic. I boarded my dog Goose with them for 3 nights and they sent regular update photos throughout. I had never left him with unfamiliar people for an extended period before so I was anxious, but the regular updates and passion they obviously have for animals put my mind at ease. They also were kind enough to meet a day ahead of time to get to know Goose and make sure he was at least introduced before being left with them the next day. It was great seeing how he felt more and more at home with them over the course of the update photos. They also took him for plenty of walks, which I know makes him happy! If I ever need my dog boarded in Monterey again, they'll be my first choice.
Megan and Dillon were great! They accommodated a last minute day care request and there was great communication to set everything up. Kaia got a walk and seemed to enjoy herself and was comfortable with them. Megan and Dillon clearly care about the dogs they watch! Thank you!
Megan and her partner were wonderful! I felt very confident leaving my pups on their care while we were at the Aquarium for the day. Would absolutely work with them again when we are in the area!
Megan and her boyfriend were great. They watched my puppy for a day and took him out for a long walk. He was ready to go to sleep after he came home.

General information on your pets temperament, previous experience with sitters, behavior around other dogs/people, and daily schedule would be great to know! I want to ensure that your dog feels as comfortable with me as possible.
A typical day
I live a block from the recreation trail — so long walks by the ocean are a given! If your dog likes other dogs and likes to swim, we are happy to take them for a beach day! Hikes and exploration is also available. But at the same time, we are more than happy to sit on the couch and give your pet lots of cuddles and love all day!

Availability
Between Dillon and I one of us is always home! When your pet is with us, they will be the first priority. Owning our own fluffy animal isn’t an option for us right now, but we both miss having a furry companion so your pet will be treated as if it was ours! With two potential sitters, not only will your pet get double the love and attention but also has options for feeling comfortable! We recognize that some pets just gravitate towards different people, and that’s okay!
