Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life as pets, with breeds including shih tzu's, golden retrievers, and labs. Most recently, I rescued a dog from the streets of Houston and I’m extremely attentive to his unique needs. I have had 8 years of experience dog sitting for my neighbor, who has a shih tzu with limited mobility due to a spine condition. Additionally, I have volunteered as a dog walker at a shelter in Michigan during the summer. I had a regular cat sitting job through Sittercity for a year. I am available for drop in visits, overnight care, walking, bathing, brushing, playing, trips to the vet, or whatever you need! I am comfortable around other pets as well. I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about you and your dog's needs!

Megan is simply the best! She is dependable and always on time. Our dogs are never stressed when she is taking care of them and she plays with them and tuckers them out with a long run outside, no matter the weather. We also have two cats and she cleans the litter boxes which, let's face it, isn't much fun but must be done. We trust her completely. She gets our mail and has stayed the night when we were out of town. We can relax on vacation, knowing our furry family is loved and cared for by Megan.
Megan has been incredibly caring and kind toward my German Shepherd! I would trust her to watch anyone’s dog because she is responsive and resepectful. It truly shows how much she cares for animals!

Availability
I work from home 3 days a week, which makes for easy drop ins. If your dog loves other dogs, my pup could join on walks for extra socializing! I’m available on weekends as well.
