Since falling in love with my own dog nearly 10 (!!!) years ago, I have become a "dog person". I haven't met one that I don't like. I moved to San Diego last fall and have enjoyed exploring the area. I love that this city is so dog-friendly! Currently, I work as a freelance writer which provides me with a pretty flexible schedule. San Diego boasts some pretty fantastic weather so stepping away from my computer and soaking up some California sunshine has become a part of my routine. And time outside is always better with a pup! I have experience dog-sitting and walking a variety of different breeds and have loved each and every one. I will take care of your dog like it is my own while it is under my care.

Megan was excellent!! My dog, Beasley, loved her time at Megan's place. She was obviously content and comfortable when I picked her up. Megan's dog was very sweet and our dogs got along great. Megan was quick to respond to communication and to keep me updated. I would definitely recommend her!

I needed a last-minute sitter, and Megan was kindly willing to accommodate. My dog Linus took to Megan right away, which put me at ease. In all correspondences, including my mid-stay check-in, she was quick to reply. Upon pick-up, she shared a brief report of Linus' stay. I highly recommend Megan.

I prefer to introduce our dogs before we commit to a pet-sitting arrangement. I want to make sure that the dogs are friendly towards one another and that we all feel comfortable with them being together.
A typical day
Your dog and I will enjoy walks around the Clayton Neighborhood. If they do well at dog parks, we'll sprinkle a few trips in during their time with me. I enjoy running so if your dog does too, s/he will be welcome to join me for a jog around City Park.
