Pet care experience
I have had many pets all my life. Dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats. My mom used to work for vets and I have learned a lot from her. Animals are a big part of our family. We have two small dogs in our house. Our pets are allowed on our furniture and sleep on our beds. They have many beds and blankets around the house.

Five stars. We loved Megan for the care she gave to our Erroll (Jack Russell Terrier). The timing for pickup and drop-off was easy to coordinate, and she kept us up to date with texts & photos during the visit. Erroll made himself at home in his bed, on the couch, and in the sunny back deck and garden area. Thank you, Megan (and family!).
Fergus had another fabulous stay with Megan. He was very relaxed when I picked him up and I know he had a wonderful week with Megan and her family. We’re so grateful to have found a wonderful sitter for our little guy. Thank you, Megan!
Megan is the best! We knew our little Fergus was happy and in great hands. I'm looking forward to our next trip and a vacation for Fergus at Megan's.
Our Fergus had a fantastic stay with Megan! She opened her home and her heart to our little guy and kept us posted all week long with photos and updates. He was happy and relaxed when we picked him up and it was obvious he had a wonderful time. Trips used to be stressful since we'd worry about our little Fergus. I'm so glad to have found Megan. She's really wonderful.

I have a fully fenced, gated yard. Our fences are 9' in the back and 6' on the sides, plus two large gates that are always locked. Our front door has a security gate for extra protection when the front door does get opened. We are very cautious about where the dogs are when we open the doors. The upstairs is gated off to keep all animals downstairs on the hardwood floors. I have a newer SUV that is reliable if we need to drive them places. We are very clean people and very cautious when cooking to be sure no food is available for the pets to get that they should not.

A typical day
We can play ball. Nice walks around the neighborhood. Hikes if they are up for it. Lots of loves and treats (per the owners instructions).

Availability
I work 5 mins away and can come home for potty breaks in our large fully fenced backyard every 3-4 hours. I am off work at 3pm. Walks usually happen after work. They will be well loved and very well taken care of. Weekends we are only away from the house for short periods.
