Our experience with Megan was not to our satisfaction. The following are the reasons. 1. Booked stay with Megan with pick up and drop timings confirmed by her. She changed plans at last minute saying she will not be available at home to allow us to pick up at scheduled time. We had to arrange a pick up by our friend at the last minute as We were out of the country. 2. We have been using Rover for a while and our past experiences have been great with Rover sitters sending us multiple pictures and videos. Megan only sent us two pictures upon our request. One good thing she was able to help with a leash for our pet but the things mentioned above deny the purpose of using Rover. We need to use Rover so we can leave our pets according to our schedule. Secondly, we want to see them in pictures and videos so we have peace of mind. Please check with Megan if she can fulfill these two requirements before making arrangements with her.

Megan took great care of my puppy. I am very thankful and look forward to my next visit!
