Hello! I'm Megan, your dog's next best friend! I inherited my love of animals from my mother, who made sure I got to grow up alongside furry family members. Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to work with animals in some capacity. I cherish the bond that can be forged between person and animal, and am looking forward to building relationships with your pets (and you!). You and your dog will love me because I have so much pet care experience. I have worked as an animal care technician and am also a dog trainer who utilizes training methods of positive reinforcement. I have previously been Pet CPR certified and have a vet technician with 20+ years of experience on call at tall times--just in case. When your dog stays with me, they'll be a part of my family! I have two dogs and two cats of my own, all pet and people friendly! Do they love playing? Great! I have multiple enrichment toys around my home that allow pets to be mentally and physically exercised throughout the day. Best of all, you don't have to worry about your pet getting attention. I am usually home about 75% of the time during the day and when I leave, it is usually only for 2-3 hours at a time. Doggie field trips are a must for me unless the dog is unable or uninterested in going on adventures. I love taking my own pups to the beach, dog park, and out around the city (usually to Wynwood or Downtown Miami). I also love taking my dogs to a horse trail out in Davie (about 45 minutes away) to go hiking and swim in the lake! I would be more than happy to take your dog/dogs there as well!
