Pet care experience
I have 5 years of ICU nursing experience and currently work at UT medical center! Although I am well rounded in humans and love to take care of people, I enjoy spending my days off with animals! I spend all of my time off with my dog, Sofie. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old; we love going on adventures no matter how big or small! If your dog is looking for a friend, Sofie would LOVE to meet them! I have always loved taking care of animals. I have experience dog and cat sitting that has included drop in visits along with house sitting for over 10 years. I was the go-to for watching peoples animals while away growing up! I have experience in all dog and cats, regardless of their age/weigh/breed. The bigger the better in my opinion but I love the little ones too!

I love seeing dogs happy; however that is for them! Whether its all the kisses, belly rubs, playing tug/fetch, or finding new sticks on our walks! I am very protective and keep a watchful eye on dogs to ensure they arent getting into something they shouldn't regardless if its in or outside the home. I am more than comfortable giving oral and/or injected medications (as well as drawing up medication if need be such as insulin).

A typical day
I personally love playing games that make my dog think; scattering treats or toys for her to "find it" and playing hide and go seek or tag with her! I would love to play fetch and tug of war with your dog or even simply run around chasing each other for fun!

I have a really flexible schedule! The only times I wounldn't be able to watch your fur baby would be the 3 days I work during the week!
