I provide pet-sitting in your own home, and can also do dog walking or taking them on a run. Pet-sitting can include bathing and light grooming. I am comfortable with all ages and breeds of dogs, and have experience with a full range of each. I am experienced with animal training and enforcing good behavior on walks. I am a college junior, who is active and loves being outside. I go to school at The University of Alabama full time, so my hours of availability can change depending on my school schedule. However, despite the many roles I fill, I find myself with plenty of free time, and want to be able to help out and find more fur babies to play with! I love going and taking my dog out every day and ensuring she gets all the proper care for her breed and energy level. I’m very adaptable and know breed specifics and how to deal with them. I’ve worked a lot with dog aggression, separation anxiety, leash pulling, responsiveness, abusive reactivity, etc. I really enjoy being able to help curb some of these negative behaviors and experiences in my own dogs and finding good ways to help them feel safe and comfortable around me. My entire life I have been surrounded by many types of pets (dogs, cats, hamsters, rats, lizards, fish, rabbits, and horses), so I have had lots of experience with dealing with many types of situations regarding them. I personally was enrolled in 4-H for breeding and showing rabbits for almost 10 years, and was also the neighborhood pet-sitter. I have a passion for animals, and try to do the very best for them. All 3 of my current pets now are rescued, and I do everything to make their lives the best possible. I bring this same mentality and energy with the animals I watch, as I treat them the same as my own.
