As a veterinary student at the Ohio State University, I not only have a passion for animals but I also have the skills to give your pets the care they need. I love animals and give my pets and pets of my clients the love and attention they need. Starting in high school, I have worked as a veterinary assistant in a small animal hospital and also was a petsitter during that time. While in college, I focused my energy on starting a nonprofit providing free veterinary care to the homeless community in my college town. Through that, I practiced examinations on dogs, vaccinations, and helped clients with basic behavioral management. I am currently a veterinary student and have had classes about safely handling dogs for medication administration and have had labs teaching us pet CPR. I am also comfortable with special needs pets and can give medications (SubQ injections, pills, topical, etc.). For home sitting, I live in a safe, family neighborhood and walk at least once per day.
