Pet care experience
I have been surrounded by animals all of my life. I have grown up primarily around dogs and have my own pup as well as several cats and a couple lizards. I have taken care of my friend's and neighbor's animals and currently work in shelter med. Previously, I worked in a vet clinic for 4 years and a historic farm before that. I love animals and want to able them to live their best lives as they deserve. People say we don't deserve dogs and I truly believe this. They are too pure for the world and deserve the best life we can offer them. Cats also deserve this, they just might not show they appreciate it. I look forward to helping you and your friend(s).

A typical day
I am a huge fan of enrichment for animals. For my own pets, I love snuffle mats, puzzle boards, treats, walks, putting on pet TV, and play. Afterwards, I enjoy a good snuggle on the couch or just watching TV together from opposite sides of the room if that's more their speed.

Availability
I am free weekends and work for 3 hours on Monday afternoons so I am able to do extended weekend sitting. I typically work Tuesday through Friday so unless it is evening drop ins, those days are typically not feasible.
