Your pets new Auntie!

Pet care experience

I’ve centered my life around animals dogs, horses, cats, aquarium critters and fish! I love being outdoors with animals. I’ve owned dogs and cats my entire life and until recently have always owned multiple dogs at a time. We currently have one Labrador and one cat. My dog training journey started when I was 8 in dog 4-H I had some incredible leaders who really taught us the entire management of dogs from grooming, training and safe dog handling practices. I qualified for the State Fair a few years and enjoyed working and training my dogs. I transitioned into volunteer work as a young adult at the county shelter where I helped launch a new morning dog exercise and care program. Once I adopted our late pit bull I started taking classes at a local dog training center and went on to teach classes, compete in dog shows and teach private lessons. Now that I’m a stay a home mom and our kids are in school I’m continuing my love of dogs by watching yours in my home.

Megan is the best pet owner and babysitter! As a former dog trainer, she understands the psychology behind pet behavior and can help any animal feel safe, secure, and taken care of in their owner's absence. She has experience with all kinds of animals; from gerbils and fish to dogs and cats and even horses. She is someone I trust implicitly with the care of all the animals in my life and she is extremely trustworthy. I know my home and beloved fur babies will be in the best hands with Megan. I highly recommend her!

I am completely confident when my dog stays with Megan. She loves animals fiercely and she is a former dog trainer. I know he is well cared for and he might learn a thing or two! Megan is reliable, caring and thoughtful. If you are considering her as your Rover sitter, you have come to the right place. Megan is our first choice always!

Megan was absolutely fantastic with our dog Thomas. She walked him, spent time with him and was very responsive. She sent pictures to me daily. He came home happy and tired. Highly recommend!

I’m happy to teach your dog a simple trick while you’re away, take them on walks, let them play with my dog and or just cuddle on the couch with them. I’ll let you and your dog drive the type of boarding they receive. When your dog stays with me, I’ll take lots of photos, so you don’t feel left out!
