Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs since I was a baby and so caring for dogs and giving them lots of love have become part of my DNA. Over the years I’ve grown up with a golden retriever, yellow lab, and 2 Siberian huskies. Currently I’m a dog mom to the sweetest German shepherd mix named Luna. She does not have a mean bone in her body and will get along with any other dog and match their play style. She loves to play and give kisses to other dogs. Hopefully your dog will enjoy having a play buddy a new best furiend! Friends and neighbors have relied on me to watch their dogs and their dogs are always happy when I’m around to play with them. I’m also a professional dog walker through Wag! I really truly believe dogs are a human’s best friend and they make the world a happier place :)

I can easily crate your dog if needed otherwise I will always close all bedroom/bathroom doors and remove safety hazards (plants, human food) out of their reach. I always keep close eye on them and will make sure they don’t get into any trouble. If we need to leave them alone, we always have a pup cam set up to check in on them and will separate them from our dog during that time if we feel they cannot be trusted alone by themselves.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or habits I should be aware of. What is their behavior towards new people and other animals? Are they reactive? Pulls on leash? Escape artists? I always like to be prepared for the unexpected and ensure your pet is safe, comfortable and at ease, while in our care. NOTE: Our apartment allows pets on a case by case basis so in interest of being a good neighbor, we unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs that are excessively loud barkers/whiners.
A typical day
We’ll play a bunch of games, maybe learn a new trick or two, smell all the new smells during walk time (we live close to Central Park!) and meet other furry friends at the dog park nearby.

I currently work from home so will be able to walk them throughout the day and feed/play with them as often as needed to fit in with their usual schedule.
