I’m a dog mom of four, all different breeds and sizes! I pet sit because I want to provide peace of mind and comfort to those pet parents that are traveling or need help taking care of their pets. Pet sitting provides a more personalized alternative to most boarding options and keeps pets in the comfort of their own homes. A pets' comfort and well being is the most important thing to me. I also have experience with farm animals, as I grew up on a cattle ranch and have always had horses in my life. I currently have my Appaloosa gelding, Remedy, to keep me busy. Aside from farm animals, I also have experience with small mammals like hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, and ferrets. I am also very comfortable with reptiles and own several myself including snakes, lizards and amphibians. I love all animals whether they are furry, scaled, feathered and would be more than happy to take care of any kind of animal. I got my first gig volunteering at a local animal hospital that did a lot of work with animal rescues. After a year of volunteering they hired me to work in the hospital as a kennel attendant and technician assistant. I worked there for an additional 6 years after being hired. I also managed a pet supply store/ grooming shop for 3 years and currently I am an store manager for a pet store in the Las Vegas area. I have fostered for several adoption groups and regularly volunteer for fundraising/adoption events.
