Pet care experience
I have helped take care of my Shiba Inu dog growing up for the last 17 years of my life while also having my own two dogs for the last five years. I have house sat, dog sat, and had doggy dates for dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Each service is different but I would make sure to give the animal as much love as I can it into a service. They deserve to be loved like anyone else in the family. Making sure they go outside to use the restroom, run around to get the zoomies out of their system, make sure they have the required food and water and as many snuggles as possible.

Knowing if your dog has special needs or a certain temperament so I can be prepared when I come check on them. Preferences in treats, toys, etc.
A typical day
The first thing I will do is take the dog on a walk around the neighborhood! Let them use the restroom (I bring along doggie bags of course) and sniff all kinds of smells! Then depending on the type of place the dog is living I will either take the dog out in the yard or a play area to play fetch or just run around that extra energy. In Batesville there is a dog park that I like to take my two dogs to and they love it so I would love to be able to take the dog I’m watching to the park as well.

Availability
I am a school teacher so my summers are very flexible. I am able to take care of my two dogs plus have the ability to go and check on other dogs during the day.
