Hello, my name is Megan and I am a 31 year old middle school teacher. I am an experienced dog and cat owner and am comfortable with other animals. I am a homeowner and understand the intricacies and reliability needed to take care of a house. I have house sat in multiple states and countries, with a variety of animals and house needs. I love to run, open water swim and hike. Otherwise I live a calm lifestyle free of drugs, alcohol and drama. I am reliable and responsible and would love to watch your house or pet!

Megan was great at communicating to us as she watched our 2 Pomeranians (11 and 10 years old). She also stayed at our house for 6 nights. Megan also made herself available prior to confirming our booking to ensure our dogs and her were a good fit. She asked good questions during our meet and greet and was easy to coordinate our house key with, etc. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog and house sitter!

I am able to come to your house for a day, a night or longer. I am very active and understand dogs are better behaved when walked. I try to walk all capable dogs at least twice a day. I have experience with hunting dogs who are very strictly trained. I am good at following training plans as I understand the need for consistency. How I take care of your pet depends on what your pet needs! Every animal and house is different and I will provide the best care possible for the animals.

I have no breed or activity level preference. I am experienced administering meds to dogs and cats orally. I am open to med administration in other ways too. Further, I have experience with senior, blind, deaf and 3 legged dogs.

I am very active myself and naturally incorporate activity into my days. Dog parks, walks, runs and hikes! If there is anything specific your dog needs just let me know.
