The first time we hired Megan she did a great job of communicating, sending pictures, showing us her route of the walk, checking in and out, etc. So, we hired her again to house sit for 3 nights/3 days. Because Megan did not put our dog out when she was supposed to, she pooped on the floor twice during the stay. Both times my daughter, who was in and out that weekend, had to clean up after Megan had because she didn't clean it all up. My daughter says she was in and out that weekend and gone at times when my dog was supposed to be cared for. The communication this time around was barely there. I will not hire her again.

Megan did a great job with Jax. I appreciated that she came over for a meet a greet with us prior to the booking. It was our first time using a in home service and we felt very comfortable with the process. We will be using the service in the future again!
