Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Megan, currently working remotely as a mental health counselor for a non-profit organization, providing Telehealth services making animal sitting apart of my routine. I recently graduated from USC with a Masters in Social Work, and one of my main concentrations focused on pet therapy. I love all types of animals, and have previous experience volunteering at local animal shelters (since grade school, 15 plus years). I would love to get to know your pet and provide care whenever possible :)

Megan left my house in disaster. There were many dried up poop/pee markings throughout my house! My livingroom curtains had been left sitting in a puddle of urine making them unusable (I’m sad Megan allowed my expensive curtains to be ruined.) and sat next to dried poop that had been sitting for over a day! The urine smell permeated into our floors. Only after mopping our floors numerous times the smell has almost subsided. To make matters even worse, Megan has not returned my house keys. I have reached out via text and call and no response to my request or Rover. I found a broken espresso saucer and Megan removed refrigerator shelve and left it on top of the air fryer. There was also a Coffee-Mate lid stuffed in the utensil drawer. Sorely disappointed with Megan’s services or lack thereof them and I would NEVER hire her again!
Megan was great! She took such good care of our 2 pups and sent us pictures on a regular basis. She asked questions when necessary and even gave them a bath!! We will definitely use her again. Thank you Megan!
Megan was great! She sent us several daily pictures while we were away and our puppy was well loved while she was with her!
Megan was great. Very patient with our Turbo and sent us plenty of updates/pictures. We’ll definitely be asking Megan to dog sit for us again.

I have three floors at my townhouse and plenty of space and a dog gate and bed as well in our common area that the pup is welcome to use. I am vaccinated as well as my partner and wash the bed and common areas after each boarding. I also am able to do sitting positions as well if you prefer care to be done at your home.

Whether or not the dog has any disabilities or special walking triggers or general medical conditions/ allergies. Also knowing the expected duration of the walk and how many times per day/ week the dog should be taken out and type of leash to use if provided multiple.
A typical day
I live near many parks and have a dog park within my living community that I enjoy taking dogs out to and getting exercise myself, aside from working my telehealth job I also teach yoga and like to spend time outside hiking biking etc. when I have the chance, even more fun if a puppy is with me! If owner feels comfortable I am happy to transport and take the puppy to the beach I live not too far from a few that are safe and clean. Otherwise watch a movie at home with the dog at night and play with toys at home and while on walks (I have frisbees and tug-of-war ropes).

Availability
I currently work remotely from home providing telehealth services so I am able to pet watch while meeting with clients throughout the day. I am available full-time on the weekends as well, and live in a gated community that has dog parks and a groomer. I am currently taking sitting positions in Northern California/ East Bay Area, as my primary focus as my partner and I just got our own puppy.
