Pet care experience
I grew up in a house with dogs and cats. I’ve been a dog owner most of my adult life but don’t currently have a pet. My 11-year-old son and I decided caring for others pets in our home temporarily might just be the right fit for us! My house is less than 10 miles from both DFW International Airport and Love Field making it super convenient to drop your pups off with us if you are catching a flight.

Megan was fantastic! She worked around my crazy schedule and sent so many sweet pictures of Zeke. I can tell he really enjoyed his stay and I felt 110% comfortable leaving him for the long weekend! We will definitely use Megan and B again!!!
Megan and her son were absolutely phenomenal with Hazel! She sent pictures multiple times throughout the day with updates on how she was doing. I felt completely at ease on my work trip knowing that Hazel was loved and cared for.

I have a fenced in backyard with grassy areas and a clean spacious, home for your pets to run and play. My son would love a furbaby to curl up with while he watches TV or plays video games.

I am allergic to German Shepards and unfortunately cannot care for them in my home. I also can only care for animals who are okay around children. My son is old enough to appropriately interact with pets.
A typical day
My son and I are outdoor people and would love it if your dog wanted to spend some time in our yard with us. We also have toys, balls, and ropes for your pup to play with. We'd love it if they're up for a game of fetch. *Note: If you are going to be more than an hour late from your scheduled time, there may be additional fees. I hate to have to do this, but it interferes with time my other clients have paid for. Please communicate with me as soon as possible in case I am expecting another dog family. I understand things happen outside of your control and will do my best to be flexible. In the event you’re considerably late (over 1 hour), I will process a Doggy Daycare service for you to cover the additional unplanned time. Thank you for understanding. I do not offer this service outside of extended care for late clients.

I’m a school librarian so I work out of the home most of the day. I’m home nights and weekends and all major holiday breaks as well as the summer. I typically don’t accept bookings that are for more than 2 months in advance because I am unable to plan that far ahead. Thank you for understanding.
