Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner for 17 years, which means I grew up with a sense of responsibility for caring for dogs. In addition to caring for my own dog - walking her, playing with her inside and outside, feeding her, giving her daily medicine, etc, I have watched others' dogs through my many babysitting jobs. For example, I have extensive experience watching 3 young children and a dog for 8 hours each day. In addition, I have dog sat many dogs of different breeds and ages both in my apartment and in other homes. I am an incredibly responsible person and can be relied on for showing up on time and always being on top of what needs to be done. I also love all dogs and nothing makes me happier than playing with them!!!

Our dog Murphy had a wonderful time with Megan! She sent us pictures throughout his stay, and we knew he was in good hands! Megan was also very flexible with pick up and drop off, which made our trip plans so much easier! We will definitely use Megan again to watch Murphy!

I love all breeds! I would just be curious to know the dog's size and typical personality, if she or he has one. For example, I would like to be warned if the dog did not get along well with other dogs, if the dog took a long time to warm up to new people, etc.
A typical day
I just moved to Denver and nothing excites me more than exploring the city and the neighboring areas with your dog! Each time I dog sit or take a dog on a walk, I would look up the area prior to the walk, in order to know about any nearby parks or other fun open areas. In addition, I would always ask your permission to take your dog on a fun adventure outside of Denver. Finally, if I were to dog sit a dog at my own apartment, we would definitely take advantage of the dog park that is currently being built right outside my window!
