Pet care experience
I have a 3 year old cat that I raised from a bottle when I rescued her at two weeks old! My family has had dogs, cats, and pigs when I was growing up, and I’ve taken on a lot of responsibility with feeding, walking, cleaning up after, and bonding with them. My family’s dog had cancer and I cared for her a lot in her ending weeks and hand-fed her. I also have regularly dog, cat, or horse-sit for neighbors.

Megan has been surrounded by dogs and cats since the day she was born and is a true animal lover! She helps take care of my pets when I need to go out of town and loves taking my active dog out for walks. I highly recommend Megan for caring for your pets!

For example, I’m a huge advocate for my cat, as she has a lot of sensitivities, so I warn people before coming over on how to interact with her so that she feels safe. I don’t have any preferences. I am comfortable with most breeds. As a smaller person, I am less comfortable with large dogs on walks, for fear of not being able to stay in control if they pull on the leash.
A typical day
It all depends on the animal! I’m always down for a many mile walk or running around and playing fetch. Or just laying low and being there to give the animal pets and attention as desired by them.

I work during the days mon-thurs with a shorter day on friday. I’m able to stop by before or after work during the week to care for your pet. I’m flexibly available on the weekends!
