I almost don't want to write this review, as I selfishly want her available for when we need her! :) Megan was great. She was very responsive and communicated clearly and with care. I was nervous since our pup can be anxious and has never boarded outside of a typical boarding facility, and he's been by our side non stop recently. But he did warm up to Megan and made himself at home. She sent pics everyday and really did take good care of him while we were gone. Even played with his food combos (and asked me first), since he wasn't eating at first probably due to his separation anxiety. So Grateful! Her home is lovely and she's a very sweet person. He's now home and the transition back has been so much smoother than when we did the boarding facilities. Thank you for loving our pup so well while we were gone!

Megan is the best. We really appreciate her thoughtful communications (and pics!). Pups always come home happy and sleepy, which makes us happy and appreciative haha.
