(COVID 19 Update: I have been taking social distancing very seriously and avoiding contact outside of my household except for recent mandatory work trainings. I will be wearing a mask while walking your dog and/or doing drop in visits. I will disinfect all surfaces regularly while house sitting and bring my own cups/plates/utensils) I am a reliable and experienced animal care provider looking to spend some quality time with your wonderful pets while you are away on vacation or having a busy day at the office! I am a college graduate born and raised in Portland OR and currently work in the childcare and education field professionally. I am located near South Eugene high school and commute around town via my bicycle (keep it green!). I am a special education classroom assistant at a local school during the school year and am working part time this summer at a non-profit nature day camp. I have lots of experience with dogs and other animals including cats and reptiles, making me the perfect care taker for all of your your furry (or scaly/feathered/furless!) friends. In regards to dogs, I have experience with pups of diverse ages, breeds, sizes, needs, and activity levels. I have helped with raising, caring for, and training my family's dog (an adorable and energetic six year old golden-doodle named Cedar) since he was eight weeks old. I am very comfortable with canines of all sorts-- young, old, blind, hyper, big, special needs, small.
