Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs all my life growing up ranging from 10lb dogs to 160lb dogs. I’ve had experience house sitting with cats and dogs and even had a pet chameleon at one point. I love walking and cuddling with pets, or taking them out and playing fetch.

Megan took great care of our geriatric dog and fuzzy cat. She sent updates and was happy to accommodate our wacky schedule. Will definitely ask her to housesit again!

Megan was very communicative! I didn’t worry about my pups knowing she was there to take care of them (they’re old and have some health concerns). I would recommend her to anyone.
Megan was amazing with our baby girl! Loved the updates on her walks and her willingness to work with our schedule. Would highly recommend if you have a large dog with lots of puppy juice!!!

I have house/pet sat a multitude of times and like to maintain communication with owners, and send them daily pictures of their pets and give them updates because I know it’s hard being away from your loved ones- even if for a few days!

Knowing how old a dog is, if they have any extra needs/special concerns. I like to know what a typical day looks like for them and what activities they enjoy. I also like to know what their favorite toys and treats are. It’s also good to know if they’re house broke and can follow basic commands. I like knowing how they interact with other people or pets in case we meet some on our walks.
A typical day
When I watch animals, I like to cater my day around their activity level- some pets are very energetic and would walk several times a day and play in the yard. Other dogs have a lot lower energy level and prefer cuddles at home, I communicate with owners what a typical day for their dog looks like and maintain at least that activity level.

Availability
I work as a PA and sometimes have an odd schedule. I usually work 10-12 hour shifts, 2-3 times a week. Because of my schedule, I have been mostly dog walking- which I love doing! I still house sit/pet watch when the pets are more independent, or the time requested fits in between my shifts.
