Pet care experience
I have taken care of both cats and dogs for neighbors, family, and friends since I was in middle school. We had several cats in our household growing up and I have owned my animals as an adult, including two larger dogs (over 100lbs) and my current cat Scout. In the past several years, I have also fostered special needs/ill dogs including an underweight boxer puppy who came to us with kennel cough and needed frequent care.

Megan was great helping walk my dog. He is a 65 pound lab mix with lots of energy and can be very reactive. She was always super kind with him and could redirect when needed.
Megan has been a wonderful pet sitter for our two cats. Her attention to detail, trustworthiness, and genuine love for animals makes all the difference. We never worry about their care while we are gone. I highly recommend Megan for any pet sitting jobs.

I have owned and sat for pets with a variety of personalities and needs, and am flexible to your pets needs. I understand being away from home can cause anxiety in your pets, and I will do whatever I can to make them feel comfortable and safe.

A typical day
I love going on walks and hikes with dogs that I am sitting and I'm always open to incorporating your pet's favorite activity while you're gone, whether that be playing fetch or making a fun brain game for them! My cat loves playing with her catnip toys or teasers, and I would love to do that with your cat as well.

Availability
I work full-time remotely and have a flexible schedule outside of my work hours. I am available to check on pets before and after work, as well as during the day on my lunch break. If needed, I can also work from a different location.
