I have been an animal lover my whole life! Since I was very young I was volunteering at rescues with my mother. I have been a veterinary technician for 5 years with experience in general practice and emergency medicine. I would love to help care for your fur babies!

Megan is one of the biggest animal lovers I know! From a very young age, Megan wanted to work with animals more than anyone I know. She takes such good care and her patience is infinite. I would trust her with any and all animals. Her heart is huge and she would love your baby as much as you do!
Megan is a sweet and happy young lady whose love of dogs and animals of all types is obvious to all that know her. She has had dogs in her life since she was a baby and has always helped in their caregiving. They say that dogs can tell what type of person you are just by your scent, well I have to tell you my blood-hound loved her.!
I have known and lived close to Megan for 15 years. She and her family have always loved dogs and taken great care of their own pets, as well as those they fostered through a rescue group. Megan was always front and center in giving the rescue animals the love and attention they needed. She is a very responsible young woman who loves animals. She has lots of experience taking care of dogs and I wouldn't hesitate to let her care for one of mine.

I am open to caring for your pets under your preferences and catering to individual needs. All fur babies have different ways of being cared for! Because of my veterinary nurse background, I can give injectable medications and oral medications as needed for your pets medical needs, if necessary.

No breed preferences - we have had everything from a Yorkie, to a lab to a pit bull mix. I've never met a dog I didn't like. I just like to get to know about a dog's personality and preferences so I make them feel comfortable with me.
A typical day
I like to vary things up because just like people, dogs get bored. Each day would be a different walk - streets, parks and trails to keep it interesting! Depending on the dog's personality and preferences, I love to find out what unique talents they may have. Do they like to fetch, go for a swim (supervised of course and no deep water!), go exploring? We will try it out if they are willing!

Availability
I am going back to school online and am open to discuss different schedules. I prefer week days but can be willing to make drop in visits on the weekend on a case by case basis. I do not take pets into my own home, but am more than happy to visit yours!
