Pet care experience
We now use my husband's account (FARESH12483, https://www.rover.com/sit/faresh35719) as our central account - we'd love to hear from you there! I always had dogs growing up and always loved caring for and walking them! Over the years I've become a trusted sitter for many friends and clients, including many with pets dealing with trauma or other challenges. Since moving to DC a few years ago, my husband and I have taken care of all different breeds of dogs and have loved doing it! A year ago we found an abandoned kitten so we now have a cat, but have continued taking care of neighbors' dogs with no problem. We look forward to meeting you and your pet to see if it's a good fit!

Megan took great care of our cats over a long weekend. One of the cats threw up a few times (yuck) — she does that — and Megan very kindly cleaned up and was transparent with us about it.
Megan was great with our 8mo old kitty. She sent daily update pictures to assure us that our kitty was enjoying herself. Megan was also very flexible when it came to pick up and drop off times. Very appreciative of her care!
Megan and her husband took great care of my neurotic dog while I was home for the holidays -- he seemed really comfortable and happy with them

A typical day
We have several parks nearby that we walk to during our many daily walks. We enjoy long walks but adjust to shorter ones depending on the needs of each dog. We also have fun toys in the house to entertain in between walks. And of course we love to give lots of bellyrubs, scritches and cuddles!

Availability
I'm working from home, so I am here with your pet all the time apart from running short occasional errands. When I do need to run out, I keep the cat in a separate room.
