Since moving to DC, I have spent time walking, watching, and caring for dogs in the area. I have cared for dogs including a 6 month old puppy or an older dog that requires medications. Comfortable staying at others houses in the area to care for dogs. Dog sitting I have been able to do a lot of within the past year and half since I am typically in the area during holidays!

Prefer to have dog stay at owner house if an opportunity is available but my building is dog friendly with many owners taking their animals out to some areas of grass or the local dog park two blocks away!

I will need to know if your dog does well around other dogs and children. I want to make sure everyone stays safe when outside and not have any issues! If dog takes medications or has special diet also crucial!
A typical day
I enjoy long walks, playing fetch, or going to the dog park! Great way to explore city and parks in the area is through walking!

Availability
As a nurse student, I work three days a week with 4 days off to help take care of dogs. Schedule can vary week to week, but ultimately a lot of free time during the week and I have assistance when I am at the hospital long hours.
