After many years of climbing the corporate ladders, I finally decided to leave it all behind and start following my dream of working with animals. My husband and I adopted Rufus, a mastiff mix, in 2007 and it was the the beginning of one of the best chapter of our lives. I have had dogs in the past, but Rufus touched our hearts in a completely different way. After Rufus crossed the rainbow bridge, I knew I had something special to offer people with pets. Why board your animal when they can relax in the comfort of their own home (or ours)? Let me give your animal all the love, companionship, and attention they need while you are at work, on a much needed vacation, or maybe your elderly fur baby prefers to not be alone for too long. I am able to adapt to any surrounding, and dogs need this from their pet sitters. *My experience with large dogs: able to keep control during walks, knowledge of food portions, basic understanding of different breeds. *My experience with temperamental dogs: able to understand their moods and adjust my tone of voice and pitch to make them feel comfortable...
