Pet care experience
I've cared for dogs since I was 8; my family dog received most of his training from me and I found it fulfilling to bond with him. Now, as an adult, I've had my Labrador since Feb 2021 and my Golden Retriever since June 2023 and it's been a great experience. Our recently deceased dachshund was always a handful but would always listen to my commands and ask for affection. I enjoy dogs' companionship and loyalty and their willingness to learn. I've always had an affinity for dogs and they gravitate towards me.

Megan has been a dear friend of mine for almost 10 years. My wife and I travel frequently to destinations where pets are not allowed. Megan has never let us down, she has always been there for our dogs and never hesitated to answer if she is available. We have three dogs, one is 39 pounds, another is 25 pounds and the smallest is 10 pounds. They all love her and always enjoy Megan’s company. I would highly recommend!

Let me know about any special requirements your dog has ahead of time. If there are any specific commands you would like your dog to follow, please let me know (i.e., sits before eating, heeling on a specific side, etc.) I have experience feeding DIY raw (TPM) to my Labrador so this is not an issue.
A typical day
I love to keep a dog's mind and body active to prevent unwanted behaviors and unhappy owners. Exercise and discipline (following YOUR rules) are essential. Tug of war, long walks, playing with the water hose, playing ball, hiding toys for him/her to find, and so much more are great games to keep your dog active. Just let me know what your dog's favorite activities are!

I'm currently attending college online so my schedule is flexible. I'm available Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 6 pm. If I have taken care of your fur baby before and there are other days/times that you need, just let me know and we can work something out.
