Megan was a very kind and warm person who treated my boys with love and affection, she was quite nice to me and I would definitely consider booking another stay for my dogs with her. However I could not give her five stars because Walter came home with a limp not wanting to put weight down on his left front paw, a strange wound on his left side just forward of his rear hip, he had runny stool, he wouldn't eat or even accept treats, he barely drank any water or move very much for three days, and both he and Elby have been licking, biting, and scratching themselves non-stop since getting home. I asked her about these issues, she apologized and said that due to the troubles she would ask Rover to issue me a full refund but as of this point she has not, I doubt that she ever actually will.

Exceeded expectations as usual. 😀
