I have had dogs in my family my whole life and have had experience from puppies to seniors who need additional care. My own dog has had her own health issues so I am experienced with giving medication, specialized diets, and restrictions with physical exercise. If your dog likes friends, then my girl would be happy to join- she is energetic but very well behaved and is a certified service dog with no incidents of dog conflict.

Megan is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful people I know, especially when it comes to taking care of animals. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable when it comes to pet ownership, as well as with caring for the animals of others. My dog has a number of health issues, and there is no one I would trust more than Megan to watch him; not only do I feel confident that she will be very thorough when it comes to all the details of his care, but I know that he feels safe with her and would have lots of fun with her, too!

I live in an apartment with lots of trails and park nearby. I have a very friendly border collie mix who loves meeting new friends! I have an extra crate (size XL so can accommodate many breeds) as well as a dog ‘playpen’ for pups who might not like the crate as much. My apartment is very dog friendly, my dog is allowed on furniture and has access to lots of toys, puzzles, and chews. However, she is trained to follow the rules of the space that we are in and knows commands to keep off of furniture as needed. I have regular, hands free, and longlines that I can use, all are very strong and have worked well with friend's dogs who are pullers!

Availability
I am working full time until March 31st, but I have a flexible schedule, so daytime walks can absolutely be accommodated. I also work from home about 50% of the time, so I can take boarding during the week. Starting April 1st I will be available anytime and all days of the week.
