I have grown up around dogs my whole life, and I have had my own dog for seven years. I currently have a small dog-sitting business that I am looking to expand. I believe that a tired dog is a happy dog, and I use a variety of exercises and games to keep your dog calm and relaxed. I want you to feel like your dog is on vacation too. I will personalize my care to the needs of your dog, as well as yourself. There is not a one-size-fits-all method when it comes to dogs. Thoughtfulness sets a great sitter apart from a good sitter. Megan did an amazing job walking our Shiloh. She is very thoughtful and caring. Shiloh is a senior dog that has developed issues with his hind legs the past couple of years. Megan was so gentle and kind with him, ensuring not to push him too much because this particular weekend it was raining and he was having some difficulty walking without a limp. I am so thankful Megan took us on as a new client. I am truly grateful for Megan, especially since I am no longer able to walk Shiloh the way he needs whenever my grandson, who walks Shi multiple times daily, is not available to do so. I needed a dog walker because I had knee surgery. Megan was an excellent solution. She was prompt, flexible, friendly and very loving with our older dog Scout. She sent cute photos and reported daily on whether he peed or pooped. I would definitely use Megan again.

A typical day
I prefer to avoid dog parks. We will take many walks around the neighborhood to take in the sights and smells. If your dog is very active, we can jog or play fetch. If your dog is lazier, we can cuddle on the couch. I also play many indoor games with the dogs like puzzles to keep them busy during inclement weather.
